Quiz bowl

Hotel- Anthony is going to check and see if he can get a discount on another room.  If not, the room will be purchased no later then Wed night. 

Shirts- The shirts will be passed out by Amy.  She will bring them with her.  We are to wear black pants.

Transportation- Anthony is driving himself.  Gwen, Katie, and Jon are riding together.

Fundraising

Silent Auction

Flyers will be done by Amy by April 5. 

Silent Auction will be April 19.

Anthony will do the Voice Ad for the Silent Auction

Nicole will get the Approval from Dr. Kade

Mongolian

Nicole, Anthony, and Vinnie will go to HRAGD next Tuesday to promote Mongolian BBQ.

The Mongolian Shirts will be paid for out of our fund.

April Meeting

No speaker

Job descriptions are due one week before the meeting

Topics for April meeting include:

• Upcoming Elections
• Mini Presentation on Relocation
• Ice Breaker (Katie will bring it with her)

There will be no food brought to the next meeting.  It was decided it does not get consume, and is wasted.

Future Meetings

It has been decided the general meeting day will be changed to Sunday from 1-3:30pm.

This time change will go into effect in September.

Anthony will check into getting the Hilton Conference Room for meetings.

Social Event

Information for the next social event was handed out.

Suggestions for the year-end event were given to Amy.

Some of those suggestions were:

• Six flags
